Our weekly walkthroughs provide peace of mind by ensuring your property is secure, maintained, and ready for your next visit. During each inspection, we check for leaks, unusual odors, pest activity, HVAC and utility performance, expired food, tripped breakers, and overall cleanliness. We also run water, flush toilets, replace light bulbs, and send photo updates so you always know the condition of your home.
In addition, we coordinate landscaping, pool and spa care, and vendor scheduling, while our handyman services often eliminate the need to hire third-party contractors. Seasonal and storm preparation ensures your home is protected before, during, and after severe weather events.
Lifestyle Concierge Services

Boat Management & Seasonal Care

With Jake’s maritime experience, we provide expert care that extends the life of your vessel and keeps it guest-ready year-round. Services include routine engine runs every 1–2 weeks, fueling, off-season oversight, and detailed readiness checks.
Before your arrival, we can stock your boat with ice, drinks, and snacks, prep water toys like jet skis, paddleboards, and kayaks, and ensure safety gear is clean and ready. Whether you’re planning a fishing trip or a family outing, your boat will be maintained and waiting for you.

We built Emerald Coast Concierge Management because we’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming it can be to keep up with second homes, boats, and assets from a distance. With Paige’s background in real estate, Jake’s maritime experience, and our own hands-on work flipping homes and managing our personal rental property, we understand both the challenges and rewards of ownership. That’s why we created a service focused on giving property owners true peace of mind, knowing their investments are protected, maintained, and always ready to enjoy.
